Drum-type screening machine basic structure and characteristics

Drum-type screening machine is composed of motor, reducer, drum device, frame, sealing cover, inlet and outlet, etc. The roller device is installed obliquely on the frame. The motor is connected with the drum device through a coupling through a reducer to drive the drum device to rotate around its axis.

Characteristics of drum-type screening machine
（1） The screening efficiency is high, because the drum-type screening machine is equipped with a plate screen cleaning mechanism. In the screening process, no matter how sticky, wet and miscellaneous the materials entering the separation screen are, the screen can never be blocked through the relative movement between the screen cleaning machine and the screen body, so as to improve the screening efficiency of the drum-type screening machine.
（2） The working environment is good. The whole screening mechanism is designed in a sealed dust cover, which completely eliminates the flying phenomenon of dust in the screening process, so as to improve the working environment.

During the operation of the drum-type screening machine, the noise generated by materials and rotating screen is completely isolated by the sealed dust cover, so that the noise cannot be transmitted to the outside of the equipment, so as to reduce the noise of the drum screen.
（4） The drum-type screening machine has a long service life. The equipment screen is composed of several annular flat steels with a specification of 16mm × 12mm, its cross-sectional area is much larger than that of the screen bar of the screen of other separation equipment, so the service life is improved.
（5） The maintenance is convenient. The drum-type screening machine observation windows on both sides of the equipment sealing dust cover can be used to observe the operation of the equipment at any time. The maintenance quick opening door is set at the end of the sealing cover and the side of the screen cleaner mechanism, which is very convenient for the regular maintenance of the equipment and does not affect the normal operation of the drum-type screening machine.
