The structure of disc granulator(1)The main body of the
disc-type granulator, the main body includes the frame structure, the adjustment part and the granulating disc structure;
(2)A main reducer with a pulley on the input shaft and a pinion on the output shaft;
(3)A main point motor and a pulley ;
(4)Supporting pelleting plate device including a main shaft, two roller bearings, and two bearing seats.
How to use the disc granulator machine?1, Start-up: check whether the reducer is filled with gear oil and whether the direction of rotation of the disc is correct before starting the machine.
2, Operation: press the start button and then start the host, observe whether the equipment is running normally, whether there is vibration phenomenon and whether the rotation is smooth.
3, Filler: you can add materials and water after normal operation of the equipment.
4, Granulation size: adjusting the angle of the disc can make the granules reach the required size.
