The fermentation process of organic fertilizer stack-flipping equipment is divided into: composting, heating up, flip flop, odorless, loose and composting.
During composting, livestock manure is 80%, straw is 20%, crushed and mixed. The mixing ratio of straw and feces can be determined according to the water content of feces. Generally, 65% water content is required for fermentation, that is, when the hands are kneaded into a ball, the fingers see water, but do not drip, and it will disperse as soon as the hands are released. Then add corn flour or rice bran and strains. The function of corn flour is to increase sugar for strain fermentation, so that multi-dimensional compound enzyme bacteria will soon take an absolute advantage. Add the prepared mixture into the mixer for mixing. The mixing must be uniform and transparent without leaving raw blocks.
1. The stirred ingredients are stacked into strips with a width of 1.5m-2m, a height of 0.8m-1.2m and a length of no less than 5m. During the fermentation process, pay attention to proper oxygen supply and pile turning (several times when the temperature rises to 75 ℃ or above). The temperature rise is controlled at about 65 ℃. Too high temperature has an impact on the fermented products.
2. The moisture of fermentation materials should be controlled at 60 ~ 65%. Too high and too low are not conducive to fermentation, too little water, slow fermentation; Too much water will lead to poor ventilation, slow temperature rise and odor.
3. The initial fermentation temperature was 60℃-80℃, which eliminated the odor of chicken manure and other bacteria; In the middle stage of fermentation composting, the material becomes loose and white hyphae grow; During the fermentation maturity period, the materials give off the aroma of koji, and the bacterial fertilizer will be fermented and mature.
