How does a cage crusher work

Cage crusher is a medium-sized horizontal cage strip crusher. The machine is designed according to the principle of impact crushing, the inside and outside two groups of cage bars rotate at high speed, the material from inside to outside through the cage bar impact and crushing, with simple structure, high crushing efficiency, good sealing performance, smooth operation, easy to clean, convenient maintenance and other characteristics. Widely used in mining, building materials, chemical industry, feed, food, medicine, plastics and other industries, mainly suitable for crushing some low hardness materials.

When the material enters the center part of the cage which rotates opposite to each other from the feeding port, the material first falls into the innermost circle of steel rod. Due to the high-speed rotation of the wheel, the material is crushed by the violent blow of the steel rod. The material is then thrown under centrifugal force to the next ring of steel rods (i.e. the innermost ring of another cage), where it is hit in the same way, but in the opposite direction. In this way, until the material passes through all the rings of steel rod, the ground material falls to the lower part of the chassis and then discharged.

The material is broken in the cage crusher, one is crushed by the strike of the steel rod, two is the collision between the materials, three is the impact on the inner wall of the case and is broken.
