Principle
It adopts the center of screw to adjust the pressure mechanism, the gap of the die is small with large, suitable for different materials to ensure the pressing effect. Its compression wheel adopts a large body with wide groove, which is pressure- and wear-resistant, and the pressure wheel adopts several evenly distributed, so it runs smoothly, and at the same time, it increases the pressing area and improves the production efficiency. In the same kind of pelletizing, briquetting and bar making equipment, the press wheel is the central part of the whole equipment.

The advantage of "tapered wheel and flat die", which can increase the pressure wheel at will, is incomparable to other equipment, such as ring model granulator, which is limited by the diameter of the ring die, the pressure wheel cannot be increased, resulting in the pressure wheel bearing room becoming smaller, and the assembled bearing does not have strong pressure bearing capacity, and the bearing damage leads to the disadvantage of three stops and two breaks of the equipment. The model compression molding diversification, round bars, squares, granules can be done as long as you change the mold, adapt to different materials compression molding, to achieve the best benefit. The granulating room is equipped with an observation door, which is easy to check at any time for maintenance and repair.
