The Structure of Rotary Drum Granulator

The working principle of rotary drum granulator is that the main motor drives the belt and pulley, which is transmitted to the main shaft through the reducer, and through the counter gears installed on the main shaft. The gears mounted on the main shaft work in opposite directions with the large gear ring fixed on the machine body. The material is added from the inlet end and passes through the inner part of the simplified body. It is made into granules by the action of the special structure inside the simplified body, and finally flows out through the discharge port. Due to the continuous entry of materials and the continuous rotation of the pelletizer, mass production can be realized.

Rotary drum granulator, steam, gas ammonia or adding phosphoric acid or nitrogen solution, phosphorus ammonia slurry, heavy calcium slurry, in the cylinder to complete the chemical reaction and heating of the compound fertilizer granulation process; or a small amount of moisture supplementation of the compound fertilizer cold granulation process. The material to be pelletized will be rolled and rotated by the movement of the drum, and then cohesively formed into balls under the suitable humidity and temperature to complete the pelletizing process.

Features of rotary drum granulator:
1、The pelletizing rate is up to 70%, there is a small amount of return material, the size of the return material is small, can be re-granulated;
2、Heating by steam to increase the temperature of the material, so that the material into a low moisture after the ball, improve the drying efficiency;
3、Using rubber engineering plastic as the liner, the raw material is not easy to stick to the cylinder, and play a role in corrosion and heat preservation;
