Drum-type screening machine is mainly used in industries such as organic fertilizer production and is a mechanical equipment widely used in sorting technology. So what issues should be paid attention to in the work process?

When the trommel screen is in a stable state, the feeding and discharging equipment is started, and the feeding test is carried out. After the normal discharging, the sealed isolation cover is closed, and the discharging port is checked for material leakage and dust. Run for half an hour, carefully check all parts, and deal with problems promptly.

During the work process, the operation should be checked frequently. If abnormal operation or abnormal noise is found, the machine should be shut down for inspection in time to find out the cause and eliminate the fault.

The installation position of the screen body of the drum-type screening machine should be confirmed according to the position of the equipment inlet and outlet.

Install the foundation bracket, install both ends of the screen body on the foundation bracket through, adjust the installation angle of the screen body, and then perform fixed electric welding. Connect the inlet and outlet with the sealing plate of the lower bracket of the screen body. Rotate the drum screening cylinder by hand to avoid excessive resistance or jamming, otherwise the cause should be found out and adjusted in time.

When the trommel is stopped for a long time and restarted, the motor insulation should be shaken to avoid the motor from burning out.
